when will i be charged?
Your credit card will be charged immediately upon purchase, and then repeatedly as per the plan selected.
For example, if you have purchased a monthly payment plan, your next charge will appear 1 month after the initial sign up, ongoing until the allocated number of transactions is complete.
No trials are available, but we do extend a money-back guarantee for some programs, and you can also review our refund policy.
I need to update my credit card details
EASY!
1) Sign into your account (if you need assistance with this, please see the LOGIN HELP).
2) Click on ACCOUNT and then PAYMENT
3) Click ADD NEW PAYMENT, update your details and save. Ensure your previous credit card details have been deleted.
I want to cancel my Program ACCESS
1) Login to your account (if you need assistance with this, please see the LOGIN HELP).
2) Click ACCOUNT, then MEMBERSHIP, then click the relevant program
3) Click CANCEL MEMBERSHIP
No further transactions will occur and your access will be immediately revoked.
